Heather
casto
Chef / Owner Heather Casto, alumna of The
Culinary Institute of America, earned her Associates Degree in Culinary
Arts and a Bachelors Degree in Restaurant / Hospitality Management.
Heather is also a certified nutritionist. She
has honed her skills at many 5-star facilities such as The Hamlet Golf
and Country Club in Long Island, NY, and the world renowned Biltmore
Estate in Asheville, NC.
Chef Heather prides herself in using her many
technical skills and her extensive culinary and nutritional education
to create heart-healthy cuisine which combines vibrant flavor and
superior nutritional value. Her unique cooking methods and use of only
the freshest elements enhances the intrinsic wholesomeness of all her
ingredients. Chef Heather can alter any of your favorite dishes to meet
all of your dietary needs.
Geoffrey casto
Co-Owner Geoffrey Casto, earned his degree at
IUP Academy of Culinary Arts. His culinary skills have been perfected
at 5-star facilities such as The Biltmore Estate, NC. He has also honed
his hospitality and management skills while running a 3.4 million
dollar establishment.
Geoffrey’s integrity and client relation
skills make him a huge asset to The Chocolate Mousse and their clients.
