Heart Romaine
1 Tbs Crushed Garlic
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 c Cherry Tomatoes, Halved

1- Cut Romaine in half lengthwise. Brush cut
half with Oil and Garlic. Grill on smoking grill, cut side
down, just until lightly charred. Chop

1 Tbs Red Wine Vinegar
