Initial Consultation: This is the first step! In this one-hour appointment, we’ll discuss your specific health and nutrition needs as well as your ultimate goals, which will help us put together a plan that works specifically for you.
Follow-ups: These 30 minute sessions are tailored to your specific program. These follow-ups can include tweaking your goals or developing a pre and post workout nutrition plan.
Food Journal Analysis: Do you want to see if what you’re eating is meeting all of your nutrient requirements? Are you getting enough protein? Calcium? Are there little things you might be able to tweak in your diet to help loosen those tight pants or improve your mile time? Try a food journal analysis.
