Heather delivered a perfect menu using some suggestions mixed with her expertise and surperb training... shrimp with mango sauce, salad greens with walnuts and cranberries, salmon too good to imagine, and chocolate strawberries with pound cake in a lemon sauce. Portions were fit for a king, but not so much to be deemed gluttonous.
